Should any information provided on the buyer's registration form change, they must update information on the system immediately accordingly. In no case will the Ticket Distributor be liable for any damage caused to the buyer and/or third parties if the buyer has provided incorrect and/or incomplete personal details or has not changed or updated data upon the change.
2.3. The buyer shall have the right at any time to change, add to, or delete registration data freely by logging in to their own account or by contacting the Ticket Distributor by email at support@kakava.lt.
2.4. The buyer is responsible for the storage and safety of its login details and for any actions (data transfer, service orders placed, etc.) that are made on the Website using his buyer's name and password. If the services provided by the Website are used by a third party who has logged in with the buyer's login data, the Ticket Distributor considers this person to be the buyer. The Ticket Distributor may not and will not be held liable for damage caused to the buyer by logging in to the Online Shop using the buyer's login information.
3. CONTRACTING PROCEDURE AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CONTRACTS
3.1. The prices of the Services in the Online Shop are indicated in euros, including VAT. The buyer is subject to the prices that are valid at the moment of placing the order. Additional charges applicable to the ticket are indicated on the Website.
3.2. All contracts on the Website are made electronically using communication tools (computer networks).
The Buyer must provide correct and functional contact information, including a valid and technically operational email address. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that their email inbox is properly functioning, not full, not blocking messages, and technically capable of receiving tickets and/or other event-related information. If the Buyer does not receive the ticket by email, they must immediately contact the Ticket Distributor. Late inquiries, where the fact of ticket receipt has not been checked for a longer period (five (5) business days from the ticket purchase or more), are not considered the responsibility of the Ticket Distributor and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
3.3. The purchase process consists of the following actions of the buyer: (i) On the Website, the buyer selects the event and the specific tickets to it; (ii) the buyer reads and agrees with: (a) these Terms of Service; (b) any special conditions specified in the event description; and (c) the local conditions of the event (including, but not limited to, entry conditions, cloakroom, etc.); (iii) the buyer confirms the order by clicking on the relevant link on the Website, indicating the email address and other requested details (except when the buyer is registered in the Website system); (iv) the buyer chooses the payment method and completes the purchase.
The Ticket Distributor shall be deemed to have duly performed its service once the tickets have been dispatched to the email address specified by the Buyer, irrespective of whether the Buyer has actually received them due to the settings of their email inbox or any technical disruptions.
3.4. The purchase contract is concluded when the Ticket Distributor confirms the buyer's order to the e-mail address specified by the buyer by sending the purchased ticket(s) or other document confirming the entitlement to the service purchased. The Ticket Distributor confirms the order after receiving the buyer's payment or information confirming the payment made. The buyer must pay the order within 15 minutes of being redirected to the bank or another payment system (e.g. card payment). Otherwise, the buyer's order is cancelled.
3.5. All remote purchases require credit or debit card confirmation and money transfer to the Ticket Distributor. The buyer's order may be cancelled if no confirmation has been received from the bank that issued the credit or debit card used by the buyer, or if the payment was not received in full.
3.6. It is forbidden to purchase or attempt to purchase a service on the Website by any unauthorised payment or other means. The Ticket Distributor reserves the right to cancel any order that is reasonably suspected of having fraudulent attributes or otherwise violates these Terms of Service, without notice; such order is considered void.
3.7. If the service indicated on the ticket is not used (i.e. the event is not attended), the tickets will not be exchanged and/or money will not be refunded. Tickets are also not exchanged or re-sold and are not refunded if the buyer has lost or destroyed the ticket, or if the ticket was stolen. Therefore, the buyer must keep the tickets safe. In addition, the Ticket Distributor recommends not to share tickets online, as this may enable third parties to falsify tickets.
3.8. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer confirms that he understands that when buying a ticket remotely (i.e. on the Website) the buyer has no right to withdraw from the contract (i.e. the ticket purchase contract) in accordance with Article 6.228-10 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, except for the buyer's right to refuse the remotely purchased gift voucher (i.e. gift voucher purchase contract) within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase.
3.9. When purchasing tickets, the buyer is entitled to receive a VAT invoice attesting to the purchase of tickets, which can be issued no later than 10 calendar days after the end of the event. Upon expiry of 10 calendar days after the event, the Distributor reserves the right to discontinue the issue of VAT invoices for the event.
3.10. Promoters prohibit the resale of tickets (unless differently provided in the event description). Any resale of a ticket that violates laws or the restrictions set by the Promoter is a reason to cancel the ticket and invalidate it without a refund.
3.11. The following actions cannot be performed with tickets purchased on the Website without the written consent of the Ticket Distributor: (i) using them for advertising, promotions, competitions, or lotteries (or other similar commercial purposes); (ii) using (selling) together with the travel or accommodation service and/or any other products or services, to create a package for sale or other distribution.
3.12. The company does not establish or determine the scope, price, quality, and other conditions of the services offered by the Promoters. The scope and quality of services are guaranteed by the Promoter, which is indicated for each event and on each ticket.
4. EVENTS AND ENTRANCE TO EVENTS
4.1. The time and place of the event indicated on the ticket may be changed at the Promoter's discretion.
4.2. Viewers arriving late are not allowed to enter or only allowed to enter the event during the break, as decided by the Promoter.
4.3. If a specific seat is indicated on the ticket, the buyer shall have the right to occupy only the seat of the event, the value whereof corresponds to the seat indicated on the ticket. The Ticket Distributor or the Event Promoter is entitled (prior to or during the event) to offer the buyer an alternative seat for the relevant value of the seat indicated on the tickets.
4.4. The Promoter may impose certain restrictions on tickets, such as limited or side visibility, minimum admission age, etc. All such limitations are included in the event description. The buyer is responsible for reading such information before the purchase. In all cases, the buyer shall be deemed to have fully familiarised himself with all information provided on the Website when placing the order.
4.5. Access control of spectators and their items for security purposes may be carried out at the venue of the event. Controllers may deny entrance to a visitor who violates or is suspected of having violated the terms of the event's Promoter or the event venue. The event's venue also determines the conditions of access to the event. Therefore, certain items (such as laser pens, mobile phones, dogs, food, drinks, etc.) may be banned by the event venue manager. Buyers must get familiar with the venue of the event and the requirements set by its manager.
4.6. Unauthorised use of photo and recording equipment in events is also prohibited. Any unauthorised photos, videos and/or audio recordings may be destroyed or deleted.
4.7. Promoters have the right to ban access to the event or to expel any person from the event for reasons of public security, i.e. if the person behaves unacceptably, or harms, disturbs or injures other persons.
4.8. Unless otherwise explicitly stated by the Promoter, re-entry to the event is not allowed once the viewer leaves the venue of the event.
4.9. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer agrees that he may be filmed and/or photographed and that his photos or videos may be used in any way and by any means, including the use of photos or videos for promotional purposes.
5. CANCELLATION OF EVENT OR CHANGE OF ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
5.1. If the event is cancelled, its date or time is changed or other event-related conditions are changed, the Ticket Distributor undertakes to transfer the relevant information to the buyers as soon as such information is communicated to him, and as soon as he is authorised to distribute this information by the Promoter (the information is provided to the buyers who purchased the tickets remotely to their contact e-mail address specified during the purchase, and for those who have purchased tickets at the physical ticket offices, the information is published on the Website at the event description or communicated by other means chosen by the Promoter). However, the Ticket Distributor cannot guarantee that such information about cancellation or other changes to the event-related conditions will be passed on to the buyers before the event. Buyers are responsible for checking any information related to the event, and the Promoters are responsible for disseminating such information. The Ticket Distributor is not responsible for disseminating or distributing information about the cancelled event or other changes in the conditions of the event, nor for the accuracy and/or completeness of such information.
5.2. If the event is cancelled, its date or time is changed or other conditions of the event are reviewed, the ticket buyers are entitled to contact the event Promoter indicated on the ticket for refunds and/or compensation. The Ticket Distributor is not an event promoter and is therefore not responsible for cancelling events or changing other event conditions, nor he is responsible for losses of buyers due to the event cancellation, change of the conditions of the event or its quality. In all cases, buyers must contact the event Promoter directly for the refunds for tickets (including any additional charges applied to the ticket), unless the Website has publicly announced that the Promoter has instructed the Ticket Distributor to refund. The Promoter indicates in detail the procedure for returning tickets separately for each event.
5.3. The Buyer pays the fees specified on the Website to the Ticket Distributor for event information and ticketing services (services and administration fees, unless otherwise stated). Thus, when purchasing a ticket, the buyer enters into an agreement with the Event Promoter for the event, for which he pays the ticket price indicated in the ticket, and an agreement with the Ticket Distributor for the ticket purchase service. The latter agreement (between the Buyer and the Ticket Distributor) terminates from the moment the ticket is sent to the Buyer or handed over to him at the box office. In case of cancellation or postponement of the event, the additional fees paid by the Buyer to the Ticket Distributor shall not be refunded. The Buyers must apply to the Promoter for compensation for these losses.

Upon expiry of 10 calendar days after the event, the seller reserves the right to discontinue the issue of VAT invoices for the event. Invoices are issued and provided to buyers after the event takes place unless the Promoter has chosen another accounting (revenue accounting) method.
6.7. Kakava.lt acts as a disclosed mediator between the event promoter and the ticket buyer. Also, the distributor and the partner are not responsible for cancelling the event or changing the venue or date of the event. The event promoter assumes responsibility for this.
